The fine print.
These terms govern your use of mtmn.ie and the free-consultation booking service.
1. Who you're agreeing with
This website is operated by MTMN Digital, an independent studio based in Co. Cork, Republic of Ireland ("MTMN", "we", "us", "our"). Our contact email is hello@mtmn.ie. Postal address available on request via the same email.
By using mtmn.ie, including by submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
2. About the booking service
The booking form on this site lets you request a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation, by phone or video. We use your contact details to call you at the time you've requested and to send any follow-up that's clearly relevant to that conversation.
- The consultation is free. There is no charge, no payment details required, and no obligation arising from the call.
- We aim to honour the time slot you select but may need to reschedule if something unavoidable comes up. We will give you as much notice as possible.
- If you need to cancel or move your slot, just reply to our confirmation email, there's no penalty.
- We reserve the right to decline a consultation request, e.g. if a project is outside our remit.
3. The consultation is not a contract for work
A booked consultation does not, on its own, create any contract for design, development, marketing or other services. If we agree to work together after the call, we will issue a separate written proposal or engagement agreement that sets out scope, timeline, fees, and ownership. That document, once signed, governs the work, not these site terms.
4. Acceptable use
When using this site you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating booking requests.
- Use automated tools to flood the booking system or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the staff dashboard, databases, or any other restricted area.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes someone else's rights.
Misuse may result in us blocking your access, refusing future bookings, and – where appropriate – reporting the activity to law enforcement.
5. Intellectual property
The MTMN name, the MTMN logo, all copy, design, code, and visual material on mtmn.ie are owned by MTMN Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any of it without our written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and a single personal-use copy of any pages relevant to your booking.
6. Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse on the booking form, Vercel to host the site, and Supabase (EU-West) to store booking data. Use of those services is subject to our privacy notice.
7. Disclaimers
The site and the free consultation are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTMN gives no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that the information presented is complete or current.
Anything said on a free consultation is general, indicative advice, not a binding professional opinion. Don't rely on it as a substitute for proper paid engagement, legal counsel, or accounting advice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of your use of this site or a free consultation is limited to €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or loss of data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your use of the site is the one published here on the day you use it. Material changes will be flagged with a new version number and effective date at the top of this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
