    Discovery call

    30 minutes on the problem, your existing tools, and what "done" looks like. We'll tell you whether custom software is even the right answer, sometimes a tighter Calendly setup beats a custom build.

    Requirements and proposal

    A written scope: what the tool does, what data it holds, what it integrates with, and a fixed price. We push back on scope creep up front – every "and also" is an estimate, not a free add-on.

    Prototype and iteration

    A working prototype in your hands inside two weeks. We iterate against real usage, not Figma frames – the only way to know a flow is clean is to walk it as a user.
