One system that bends to the school

Not a suite you configure. M.ind is built around how a school already works: admissions, timetabling, reporting, parent comms, finance and compliance in one record, with a study platform underneath that knows what each student actually knows.

01 / The platform

Built for everyone the school runs on

That is the live site scrolling beside this, as it stands today at m.ind.coach: students, teachers and the office each get the surface they need, and everything reads from one record underneath.

When a school moves in, the disconnected systems it was juggling collapse into that record: the roll, the timetable, the reports, the parent thread and the fees stop disagreeing with each other, because they are no longer five databases.

02 / The engineering

Decisions a school can trust

Three engineering positions carry the whole product. None of them is marketing; each one is how the system is actually built.

Offline is the default

A class set of iPads cannot depend on school wifi, so M.ind works end-to-end offline and syncs when the connection returns. A lesson never stalls because the network did.

AI never marks

The learner model is deterministic: progress and marks come from real answers, never from a model's guess. AI sits at the edges, drafting and explaining, and a teacher can override any inference it makes.

Consent before cleverness

Under-16 accounts default to consent-on controls, and the notification engine, 53 kinds of nudge from streaks to exam countdowns, respects who is allowed to be contacted about what.

03 / Six parts of a school

Held in one place

/ 01

Admissions

Enquiry to enrolment on one pipeline, with the paperwork attached to the applicant.

/ 02

Timetabling

Rooms, staff and sets solved together, with clashes surfaced before they cost a class.

/ 03

Reporting

Board and parent reporting produced from the live record, the working visible under every figure.

/ 04

Parent comms

One thread per family, tied to the students it concerns, instead of a mailbox nobody owns.

/ 05

Finance

Fees, instalments and arrears against the same family record the rest of the school reads.

/ 06

Compliance

Attendance, safeguarding notes and returns kept where an inspection expects to find them.
