Stone walls re-pointed by hand. Old joists sistered, not replaced. New M&E hidden behind the right finishes. Every job we do here is a build we'd live in ourselves.

Groundworks
Site clearance, foundations, drainage, percolation testing and entrance works. All plant operated by our own SOLAS-ticketed team — no waiting on subbies, no diary clashes, no surprise day-rates.
For self-builders, we'll take the site from raw field to slab-ready and hand back to your contractor. Or carry through to first-fix and beyond.

Energy Upgrades
Deep retrofits, external wall insulation, attic insulation, heat-pump installs and ventilation upgrades. SEAI grant paperwork is included — we lodge it for you and reflect the grant directly in your contract price.
One-stop-shop registered with SEAI. From a single insulation upgrade to a full Better Energy Homes deep retrofit, we run the whole programme in-house.
